As the first nonprofit business mission of Belay Enterprises, we’re here to provide support, skills, and opportunities for a brighter future.

We’re more than a home improvement store—we’re a training ground for success. Through our year-long job training program, individuals gain hands-on experience in retail, warehouse operations, sales, e-commerce, customer service, and more. With mentorship and real-world learning, we help our team members build confidence, skills, and a path toward long-term employment.

Local contractors, builders, and homeowners donate new and gently used building supplies, which we sell for up to 70% off retail prices.
